Our returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a refund or exchange. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your refund will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount).
- Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.
- Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.
- It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.
I need a different size
Easy done! Simply send an email to info@baebands.com.au. Advising of your order number, and what size you require. We will then confirm receipt of your email and advise you of our postal address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
